Building SalesSync: Why Waterfall Enrichment Beats Single-Source

Most enrichment tools rely on a single data provider. You get one lookup, one result, and if that provider doesn't have the data — tough luck.

We built SalesSync differently. When you click "Save to Salesforce" on a LinkedIn profile, we don't just query one database. We run a waterfall enrichment across 20+ data providers, cascading from the most reliable to the broadest until we find verified contact information.

The Architecture
